Products can not be returned for sanitary reasons. For this matter, refunds will not be issued. Once the products has been delivered to you, it is yours to keep.

You can only cancel an order BEFORE it has shipped. If your products were already shipped to you, you will not be issued a refund and the products are yours to keep. Please be mindful.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. All orders will be issued a tracking number and all tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. All orders are sent through USPS. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PURCHASING! We can not change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. If there are any delivery issues, contact USPS personally for information.
